Harriet Tantillo, 90, formerly of Arlington Heights, passed away August 30, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Tantillo. Loving mother of Barbara (Gregory) Mika, Mark (Rita) Tantillo, Debbie (Dan) Polli. Devoted grandmother of Chris (Renee) Mika, Anne Tantillo-Begody, Kevin Tantillo, Nicholas Tantillo, Danny Polli and Bob Polli, great grandmother of Audrey Mika. Fond aunt of many. Preceded in death by parents John and Anna Musielski and sister Dorothy (Richard) Zefeldt.
Memorial visitation Friday, September 7th, 10:00 A.M. until Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. at St. Edna Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
Interment private.
